Policies: All rooms and RVs are non smoking. Deposit equal to one nights stay per room is required on all reservations.
Cancellations-Rooms and RVs: Cancellations prior to 14 days before arrival....refund of deposit less $25.00 fee; Less than 14 days before arrival there is no refund. Groups of 4 or more cabins and/or RV sites there are no refunds of deposits and 14 days before arrival you are responsible for the full cost of the reservation. It will be charged to the guarantee credit cards unless other arrangements are made.
Pet policy: Rooms, There is one cabin that we will accept dogs in, the cost is $10/night for each dog and they can not be left in the room unattended, no barking. The owner is responsible for the full cost of any damages done by the dog.
Lodge rental:
$60.00 for 2 hours, $10.00 for each hour after that (Occupancy is about 32 people) |
